Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund.

At Inspirational Bible Bytes Christian Store, we operate as a print-on-demand business, meaning all our products are uniquely crafted and made to order. This approach ensures each item is custom-made for you. As a result, unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not supported if a product was ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we are happy to provide a free reprint or refund. To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. Please reach out to our team via our “Contact Us” form, along with a clear photo showcasing the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time taken for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
